DIYer’s, Public and Contractors Welcome at Monroe County Habitat for Humanity’s Warehouse Sale

Tobyhanna, PA – Monroe County Habitat for Humanity will hold its much anticipatedWarehouse Sale, on Saturday, August 11, from 9am-4pm, at the Mountain Center off Route 611, in Tobyhanna.

The Habitat for Humanity Warehouse Sale is a “home improvement thrift store” open to the public, according to Habitat’s executive director Kelly Kemmerer. “You’ll find great bargains on tile, carpet, doors, windows, paint, insulation, light bulbs, fixtures, and more,” Kemmerer said, “and we invite the public and contractors to check out our stock and take advantage of our great prices.”

The sale will take place in the rear of the Mountain Center, 354 Memorial Drive (off Route 611), in Tobyhanna and all proceeds will benefit the administration of MCFHF’s programs includingHome Preservation. Home Preservation allows homeowners affected by old age, low income, or disability to make necessary repairs on their homes.
