Habitat for Humanity Invites Public and Contractors to Warehouse Sale

Tobyhanna, PA – Monroe County Habitat for Humanity will hold a Warehouse Saleon Saturday, May 11, from 9am-4pm, at the Mountain Center off Route 611, in Tobyhanna.  Habitat’s Warehouse Sale is one of the many attractions at the Mountain Center’s Community Flea Market taking place that day.

The Habitat for Humanity Warehouse Sale is a “home improvement thrift store” open to the public, according to Habitat’s executive director Kelly Kemmerer. “You’ll find great bargains on new shutters, paint, carpet, doors, windows, fixtures, insulation, gardening supplies, light bulbsand more,” Kemmerer said, “and we invite the public and contractors to check out our stock and take advantage of our great prices.” And a bonus is that when you shop at MCHFH’s warehouse sale,  your support our vision of every person in Monroe County having a safe, decent place to live.

The sale will take place in back of the Mountain Center, 354 Memorial Drive (off Route 611), in Tobyhanna and all proceeds will benefit Habitat’s Home Preservation initiative which allows homeowners affected by old age, low income, or disability to make necessary repairs on their homes.
